If all they can patent is the fast-dissolving tablet design, and the stuff proves to work, ZONA is gonna have problems fer shure.

There must be a million ways to speed up the delivery of oral meds.
But the easiest one (as you and I figured out quickly) is to use a liquid form. According to my trusty Mosby's, the mesylate is freely soluble in water, so there may be no need to use lyophilization.

Of course the FDA doesn't like to have potent drugs mixed in with a flavored beverage as in the blender/tablet/fruit-juice experiment because of the child-safety issues, but there must be a good number of approaches that could be taken to offer rapid drug delivery.
