This is exactly the reason this thing tanked today! What kind of worthless management group could have possibly come up with the idea of filing to offer packages of 26,666 shares of stock + $70000 worth of 12% bonds for just $100000 when the stock alone would be worth almost that at $3+! anyone with any shares of this must vote no!
