I noticed that your tone on this thread is more subtle than on the DELL thread. I'm not sure I'd trust CPQ management just yet. I've been castigated on the DELL thread for talking about past accomplishments for the reason that 'what's behind you is not important'. I don't agree with that, but I found it interesting that on this thread you were willing to forgive CPQ's management in light of past successes (which may or may not have any relevance for the future of Compaq). Yet, on the DELL thread, you defend Compaq as if no missteps have been made by its management. Is this incorrect? LoD
