Darn, the SGA commentary isn't out yet tonight! I was getting excited to see the recommendations for tomorrow. If they don't have any, I've got a few suggestions. How about "don't drop the soap in the shower"? Maybe the SEC would consider looking at some other companies like ADVR, ADGI, USFX. SGA sure was pushing these.

One thing about this Bloomberg release: The SEC attributes the heavy trading to messages over the Internet. I'm curious how many people on AOL, SI, Prodigy, Compuserve bought or sold this stock yesterday. I saw three 70,000 share blocks go through (and a 49,000 block), which is beyond the holdings of many of us. And if the SEC is so concerned, why was trading not halted? We were in a semi-halted market. My broker at Regal wouldn't even put in an order to buy if I had wanted to. And another person I know who had an account at Meyerson had his account frozen. One other thought --- has anyone noticed that one day prior to SEC announcements we seem to have a large amount of trading? Remember Oct. 4th? It's probably just a coincidence.

God damnit, we need some clarification here. From the SEC and from Systems of Excellence. Yeah, we know that the SEC issued a "complaint and applications for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction and other emergency relief", but what exactly does that mean?

Clarification. That's all us little guys want. What do you say?
