its a tricky subject. theoretically, the FCC could push them out of the way, though it would be politically dangerous with all these local control whackos in congress. but, it is whatis needed. actually, what we need is joe stalin, someone to just come in and say, THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW! and who has the authority to get it done.
one the calls, its not a bad idea. very good strategy in fact. normally, since i am not risk adverse, i dont like to limit my upside, but 300% isnt bad<G>.
