<<IMO people are afraid to sell Dell>>

Personal experience...I treated Dell like an ordinary stock when I bought less than a year ago @ $107/share. After it ran up I sold 30% of my position, then it split. It ran up again and I sold another 35%
and it split again. I am now in a position to enjoy the ride at no risk to my original investment. Personally it's not a fear situation it is a feeling of freedom because I am using the money someone else decided (fortunately for myself) to leave on the table.

I am, and will remain, VERY LONG on DELL!

P.S. With some of the proceeds I bought a position in CPQ (twice).. I believe it is only a matter of time before they perform again and thanks to DELL I can be very patient.
