I like your thinking however for those that want to sue Consider this....................... Do you think that a person could sue the person that sues the company on the basis that the person that sued the company had destroyed the companies chance of survival by bringing about the law suit? You might be able to make more money with a case against the person that sued the company than you could with with an action against the company? The person that sued the company may have more money and be a more lucrative target defendant than the company. Why sue a company that is tyring to fight for survival when you can sue an investor with cash and equity? Maybe it's not as crazy as it sounds......
