I bet the SEC is looking at all SGA's actions in the last year.

The SEC said they are suing Systems of Excellence and Charles Huttoe. It sounds like the SEC wants to know why massive fraud was allowed to be committed by SOE (management). They want to make sure that nothing leaves the company and all records will be reviewed. I agree, why did anyone allow any of this to happen if they were clean?

If we look at the press releases, which ones could be issued without many individuals knowing they were false?

Why did the SEC say Systems of Excellence and Hutteo but not the others? What about Maria Iacovelli and Walthers? What about Raumer and Yoder?

Geez, do I take an 85% loss now, and keep 15% (oh boy) or wait it out?

I think I'll wait it out! (JUST MY OPINION)
