Interesting post by Gentleman Boyle on yahoo regarding a buy out by ATT. Two strategies... First, international presence. His feelings are that ARTT with their involvement in Scandinavia is attractive to ATT due to their alliance with Unisource which also has involvement in Scandinavia. Secondly, Local and immediate presence. Teleport's acquisition of Biztel and the apparent green light to enter the local NY market make WCII most attractive. What do you think? Pam
