Peter,

I called Profunds today and they said they are trying to get 200% inverse movement with the S&P 500 in their UltraBear fund. 100% on their Bear fund. I haven't received the prospectus though. They are backordered. Does that mean the UltraBear fund would be worthless if the market goes up 50% ??? Sounds a little scary, but what a place to be in bear market.
