Good Point. And It Reminds Me of Something...
Apparently, the other day at H & Q, EVERYBODY was
poised to hear something of substance out of NSCP about
the state of play of their search engine negotiations.
In fact, viewed from one perspective, THAT WAS ALL
that anybody was interested in hearing about.
And instead the two NSCP representatives (I think
one was Andreesen) droned on, went over time, issued
a series of bland statements, etc. Whereas Barksdale
(well-named, I think) seems to breathe fire and be
stronger than a garlic milkshake... his company still
has a lot of frost clinging to it.
And, in the meantime, the Street, capital of attention
deficit disorder, IS getting bored...
