The Jan 50s probably won't see much time premium shrinkage before the merger. On the other hand, there doesn't seem to be much tendency for Mcic to really run until the merger occurs (or is approved, with short time to go).

So I guess I'd sell on the first market break. I.e. you should have sold this past Monday. If not, wait for the next one. MY opinion. But in any case get out before end of June. I expect closing in August-Sept.
