SGA GOLDSTAR WHISPER STOCKS...FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 1996

SGA COMMENTARY : This writer does not know how to start this particular commentary, as I have just been made aware of the fact that myself, SGA Goldstar and its affiliates are being sued by the SEC concerning Systems of Excellence. It is being alleged that SGA Goldstar was part of a scheme to defraud the investment community. This writer devotes almost his every living minute to this business. We give you high priced stocks and we give you low priced stocks. The majority of our recommendations are winners. We perform as much due diligence as is humanly possible. Systems of Excellence is a company which we believed in. Many of you performed your own due diligence and came up with the same conclusion. However, when a public company and certain individuals within the company are out to willfully commit fraud, what can you do? I'll ask that question one more time..... When a public company and certain individuals within the company are out to willfully commit fraud, what can you do? I don't believe there's anything you can do. For instance, in the suit it is alleged that Charles Huttoe, former Chairman of Systems of Excellence, issued materially false press releases. It appears as though most every press release that Mr. Huttoe issued was false. How was SGA to know that these press releases were false? I talked to a minimum of 100 different subscribers, many of whom ended up becoming my sources. None of you knew, so how was SGA to know?? Many of you even verified these press releases. One person who verified many of SEXI's press releases has the initials of B.G. Mr. B.G. please call us, as you were just as convinced as SGA was that Systems was going to be the bulletin board listed security which went on to make it to the big time. Several other subscribers whose names would take too long to mention came up with the same conclusion. You know who you are and we really need your support.

The law suit further alleges that Huttoe sold Systems stock through nominee accounts amounting to millions of dollars to materially enrich himself. SGA is at a complete loss for words and to be named as a defendant is simply too much to handle. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that had we known any of this was going on, not only would we have immediately reported it to you, but we also would have reported it to the authorities. Our first red flag did not come until we received a telephone call after the close of trading on October 3, 1996, when we found out about the share structure of the company. That greatly upset us, as it appeared as though Systems' had lied to SGA. We reported that negative news to you on the very next day on October 4, 1996. So to even think in one's wildest imagination that SGA was involved in some scheme to defraud the investment community is unbelievable and simply not the truth. SGA's disclaimer is no secret. It's clearly posted on every commentary. Once again, here's just part of our disclaimer.. "Personnel associated with SGA may own shares in the companies mentioned herein or may act as consultants thereto for compensation. Prudent investors are advised to use mental stop losses to protect their gains or limit their losses. All stocks priced under $5 per share are deemed "penny stocks" and are extremely risky and speculative!" From time to time, we do act as consultants for companies listed in our newsletter. It represents a very small fraction of our recommendations. It's the only way small companies have to get their word out, but once again, it represents a minuscule amount. We are honest and forthright with everybody we talk to, and that's exactly the way we expect to be treated. Unfortunately, that has not been the case with Systems of Excellence. Finally, if the only thing that was on this writer's mind was to defraud his subscribers and the investment community, I guess that explains why I am still long 210,000 shares of SEXI. I believe that those of you who have been subscribers for any length of time at all not only like our service, but have made a lot of money using our service. During times like these, we really need your support. Please fax your comments to us tomorrow at (615) 371-1899.
