Janice: Re: Phoenix / kitty litter. Oh, well that could be. One of those big department-store like pet shops has their headquarters in Phoenix, I think. Don't really follow that market, so I don't know for sure. I know there's a gargantuan shopping center on the south side that has a Price Club and Staples. There's a huge pet store in that same center that took over from a failed drugstore. Looks big enough to house their headquarters. I suppose that makes more sense than Viasoft. Why would CSHK, a marketing firm, be talking with Viasoft that markets its own products and already has a tool similar to CSHK's (I think). Unless, they have done their due diligence and decided the CSHK tool is better than what they are already selling. Regards, TED
