Thank you, Matty. Appreciate the thought.

However, unlike your prior experience, much has changed. So much has changed. Our thread discussions may seem similar. But what's happened with this company has changed significantly.

There will be an announcement and the nature of the announcement will relate to Zulu's audited report as it all relates to ESVS and the goals of both companies functioning as one with a solidified Nasdaq listing.

I know you felt you were burned on the fact that Universal Commerce became a strategic alliance instead of a Zulu acquisition. But the ESVS/Zulu arrangement is recorded in SEC filings and those filings indicate a date certain for the audit we anticipate. This is a considerably stronger situation than the one you were in last.

Moreover, with SIM, NB Digital and Laptop Solutions together with EchoMedia (and who knows who else may come on board in a rapidly developing internet sector?) there is now substance to what has been described as "vertical integration for all internet solutions." It's my understanding--though I'm not completely up to speed--that Doubleclick can't offer this. Few, if any, others can make the claim.

Add in the quality of Zulu's continuing bluechip clients, a chairman of the board who once advised the chair of a 6.5 billion dollar industry (Acer Corp), and there can only be incredible connections ahead for a merged and revitalized ESVS/Zulu company, up and down the world of business. In fact, the way we perceive the World Series, the Super Bowl, World Cup, etc. will never quite be the same.

So will I be patient? You bet I will. Is this situation different? You bet it is. Will I wait for the Red Sox to win the World Series? Sure I will. But I'll do so at least knowing that NETZ will be trading well over a buck or two. In my view, they'll be trading for much more. I'll review my findings once the stock has stabilized and is trading firmly on Nasdaq.

I'm sick of wishing good luck to everybody. You already got it!
