Would love to be a fly on the wall...

cm (or anyone else), if you were a participant, what approach would you take?

1. Get the business at all costs, even if you give something for nothing, in the belief that exposure is king?

2. Or put near-term revenues first?

Before the deals are actually resolved, I'd like to hear what we believe the best deal would be.

[I'm a retired litigator and still find it helpful to play the scenarios out on paper before they occur. Then we can react quickly and intelligently when they do actually pan out.]
