Revenues for the three month period were $1,741,000, representing a 173% increase over revenues of
$639,000 for the same period in the previous year. The Company reported earnings for the quarter of $2,000 ($0.00 per share), a significant change from the loss of $669,000 ($0.15 per share) for the first quarter of 1997.
