Petsmart headquarters is indeed located in Phoenix. It's a NASDAQ stock, PETM. At least I can find info on them. SEC filings, the works.

But they already have that other wood litter, FelinePine.

Pets ARE big business, BTW, over 22 billion per the following article, but it's hard to image that cat litter alone is one billion as that pennystock site indicated. Maybe.

The pet industry is a major segment of the U.S. economy. In 1996, American pet owners spent $22.7 billion on their small companions, and by 2001 this figure is expected to reach almost $28.5 billion. Recent growth in pet supplies and pet services segments has provided an opportunity for both existing players and new entrants that have been increasingly active since the beginning of the 1990s. Changing demographics, new lifestyle trends and a shift in American attitudes towards pets have led to a significant increase in consumer expenditures during the last five years. Growing numbers of players, consolidation among manufacturers, retailers and service providers, and globalization of the American economy have transformed the maturing pet industry into a dynamic, highly competitive environment.
