Craig,

How do you know? Last time when asked, Osicom said that some of the
configurations of the IQX that were shipping were more expensive, but they dodged the question of whether or not they were selling more units.

I remember a blurb a few months back saying that as many IQX's were sold in the first month of this quarter as in all of last quarter. I'm pretty sure that a decent amount were sold last quarter. Can anyone substantiate this?

In the CC Osicom said they expect to ship around 50,000 this year and that won't happen until later in the year. 50,000 times $32 only comes out to around $1.6 million, hardly enough to amount to much, and it won't contribute to this quarter.

I think that this 50,000 number only comes from the 12 design wins. If you include the number sold from the printer OEMs, I think that we have a much higher number.

You may have me on the Gigamux's. Didn't Par say that they were being DEPLOYED in the european bank consortium?

All in all, I'm positive that management stated they expected 5% growth in old-product sales. Couple this with however small or large the product sales of the Gigamux, IQX, and Net+Arm grow(You have to give me at least a little growth), and Osicom should have more revenues and profits this quarter than last, right? Do you expect them to go back into the red?

Grant

BTW, I just looked over at yahoo and noticed that an ugly S-3 has been filed. Good 2,000,000 shares that can be hedged by short-sale transactions. Looks like my position was short-lived.
