Okay, so this is probably my last post here. There are other investors that have been in this stock alot longer than I have. They will be starting up a thread which will address the reasons this reverse is a great thing vs. the typical bad reverse. Basically, my understanding is Terminal Technologies, Inc. bought the ENVP ticker symbol in order to go public very, very quickly. If you have a company that is worth several times over a company that is losing money, it is a no-brainer that the stock price will increase (like it has already today).
