You will have the exact number of shares afterwards as you have now. OK, after the deal is finalized , a decision regarding name/symbol will be done. BTW, reverse mergers are NOT reverse splits. That phrase already has enough negative connotations, so let's please not use it when it isn't even the appropriate term. When company A buys company B and exchanges shares in a 4 to get 1 new, is that a reverse split? Of course not. Reverse split is WITHIN an existing company; reverse or regular merger is BETWEEN two companies. TG babysitting the thread, doing damage and spin control, while trying to pay bills
