This is Dominic Scacci, President of Omnigene Diagnostics.

Gibson was a friend who I supported financially for the last 18 months. He has been given many 10's of thousands of dollars to support his two companies- Litigation Support Group and 800 Serve'em. I bailed him out of a jam when a home he owned was in foreclosure.
When the home was sold and my money was not returned as promised I asked him for an accounting. He was in the process of installing a network system for the company's computers and locked our data with a code. Upon discovering this he demanded $10,000 to give us the key. I refused. This is when he decided to proceed to send falsehoods out over the internet.

I have contacted the states attorney's office and have begun civil action.

I am not in the habit of using the company's stockholder forum to explain personal matters, but though it might clear the air.

The company is here now and will be for a long time to come.
