You make an interesting point. I have been watching Yahoo for a while. This company is wildly overvalued, and can not possibly sustain a $6B+ valuation.

The puts are a little pricey, however. I think I will keep a close eye out. Generally, I only play long, but Yahoo could be the short opportunity of the year. Sooner or later, the price of the shares will reflect the value of the company. I'd put that at $25 - 30, and that is being generous. We have a P/E of 697, and a P/S of 73.7. This is irrational exuberance at its worst. The first hint of bad news will send Yahoo chasing after Netscape.
