Bonnie,

It seems like you know quite a bit about REITs. How do you
value them, and how does one pick the "safe" ones? Sorry
if this isn't appropriate for the thread, but there isn't
a lot of activity on the bear threads on the +100 days anyway.

I think there's definitely a grain of reality in the year
2000 scare. GM is a huge company, but the $500 million that
they are spending on the problem has to be a fair amount
even for them..
