Frank:I am not an accountant but you seem to have the ability to interpete numbers from Q statements. My question is where does that other net number ($842,000) come from? Could that be the payment that C orning paid them for the breaking of the sales agreement? I am under the impression that Corning was going to give them $1,000,000 per Q .If this is so they really didn't have any earnings??? since there net income was only$ 864,000 Also if Corning gives them 4.1 million for FY 98 doesn't that explain the double digit revenue gain statememnt?
