Thanks to you and JohnT. for the posts. I'll have to check it out. 1st impression is that CMTR might be strapped for cash (again).
If this is the case, I hope it's to cover some strategic cost rather than payroll and debt.
Sorry to sound so pessimistic. It'll be interesting to find out who is that interested in the company. If it's a responsible (sic) party as opposed to a poker player or insider, there may be hope for CMTR yet!
