It's fantastic !!!!! You have approximated that STVI will be receiving about $100 million out of this contract. This contract alone will provide a baseline number to STVI earnings for YEARS. Add all other projects to this baseline going forward ..... and the prospects for HUGE infrastructure projects soon to come about (from federal gov't bill approving $40+ Billion to upgrade the nation's infrastructure) ..... what do you have ?????

A solid, fundamentally sound company that will grow its earnings well into the double digits for the next three to five years. Add the fact that STVI employees own 2/3rds of the company ..... and you can bet your bippy that this company is going places as the majority of companies where the employees have a vested, monetary interest perform well above average.

I have been doing some searching around on STVI and I found that it was mentioned by TokyoMex here on SI about a month ago just before the split took affect. Tokyo ran the stock from around $21 to around $25 within a short time period. I believe this may have contributed to the recent decline in STVI shares as TMex is a well known pumper and dumper. But I am glad to be able to scoop up these shares in the $8 range as I believe fair value for STVI is in the mid teens right now as a result of the new contract and the huge boost it will provide
