Being a profitable company has NOTHING to do with a guarantee that the price will increase from here. If the stock is UNDER priced, sure earnings will pretty much force the price to rise.

But if the stock is OVER priced why should it go even higher?

We've NOTHING here about TOTAL shares issued before the reverse merger. NOTHING about the DILUTION after the merger is done.

NOTHING about how much earnings (per share) are predicted.

All we've heard is there is a Company that wanted a shell to go public with. OBVIOUSLY when this happens they do not give much away to the OLD public shareholders. We need some INFORMATION to go on.

Is the stock WORTH $.30? Is it worth $.09? ...or is it worth $.009?

Had this been posted BEOFRE where is SHOULD BE (on its own BB) and NOT hyped to death all over S.I. like a paid-for tout scam, then maybe this would have been a play. It WAS cheap, when it SHOULD have been discussed here. $.21 or $.30 NOW? Why now?

The tip is WAY too little, too late.
