REVERE ANNOUNCES A JOINT VENTURE WITH PERIVOX CORP. FOR THE PROLIFERATION OF TELECOM BASED PRODUCTS & SERVICES NORTH AMERICAN WIDE
Revere Communications Inc. and Perivox Corporation, of Irving, Texas, have
entered into a Joint Venture Agreement to aggressively capture the information and telecommunications based products and services market on a North American and International level.
Perivox was formed in 1997 and has acquired exclusive telecommunications based contracts with organizations such as Playboy Enterprises Inc, National Write your Congressman and others. Additionally, Perivox is in contract discussions with other American conglomerates in the magazine, newspaper, banking industries, and several national affinity groups. The success of Perivox has been predicated on the ability to secure Long term exclusive contracts with North America's largest Multinational organizations.
Perivox Corp. has all of the technology, programming, marketing and design expertise needed to deliver its innovative programs. This enables the company to build robust database driven systems with versatility across multiple delivery vehicles, whether over the telephone, Internet or print.
From concept strategies to system design to professional production of marketing material, Perivox integrates every aspect of each program with ultimate continuity and focus for maximum impact and success.
This Joint Venture Agreement will see both Revere and Perivox work collectively to utilize the strengths of both organizations to develop not only prepaid and post paid telecom offerings, but in sophisticated, yet easy to use information systems using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platforms and centralized database technologies.
The cooperative efforts between the companies also calls for the creation of a tarrifed US phone company to further penetrate consumer level deliverables over the proposed intelligent IVR/ database driven network.

The Joint Venture mandate is to be activated immediately first by implementing key contracts across North American and deliver related information and telecommunications products to the specific demographic associated with the contracts. The first project is planned for execution within the next 45 days.

To fulfill the capital requirements of the endeavor, Revere is proposing to
raise $ 800, 000 through a private placement by issuing 2, 000, 000 shares at a sale price of $.40 per share. Proceeds from this issue will be used to fulfill the initial steps in implementing key contracts and installing the infrastructure needed to execute the preliminary phases of the Joint Venture Mandate.
