SYSTEMS OF EXCELLENCE, INC. SIGNS SALES AGREEMENT WITH WORLD COMMUNICATIONS
GROUP, INC.

CORAL GABLES, FL, May 28, 1996: SYSTEMS of Excellence, Inc. today announced
an order from World Communications Group (WCG), a New Jersey based
telecommunications company with offices throughout Aisa, for approximately
one thousand (1,000) video-teleconferencing units from SYSTEMS of
Excellence.
These units are being purchased for commercial and government use, with the
exact number of units to be determined within the next 45 days as the site
surveys are completed. Shipment is slated to begin in 60 days. The order is
valued at approximately $3.4 million.
Peter Wang, WCG president and CEO said: "The SYSTEMS of Excellence product
fits the applications necessary for videoteleconferencing and telemedicine.
This initial order conservatively represents about 5% of WCG's anticipated
needs over the next two years."
WCG will market and distribute SYSTEMS' products in China and Hong Kong
through its existing sales and maintenance force in those regions.
SYSTEMS Executive Vice President, Dr. Jerry Thornthwaite stated, "The
telemedicine opportunities in China are enormous and the relationship with
WCG gives SYSTEMS a strong presence in this booming market."
SYSTEMS of Excellence manufactures and markets multi-platform desktop
video-teleconferencing products which operate at a full 30 frames per
second. The products deliver television-quality video operating over
existing analog telephone lines in both Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide
Area Network (WAN) environments. SYSTEMS' products are manufactured within
the stringent ISO-9000 and BellCore standards, allowing a five-year
warranty period. They have been chosen by the Library of Congress and the
Department of State for their superior quality.
