I spoke with Claudia at HDST (732-254-3433)today an she said Tom Malik was going to court today reference the chapter 11 problem. They are still in operation an are scheduled to get materials to complete upcoming orders. She related the poor press they have been getting is hurting their operations. They got a new account from the mid-west area with a small chain store. The chain store was a group of 3 or 4 stores. She mentioned the name and I don't recall it now. Johnson & Johnson has a order in for children helmets that is to be delivered to Hawaii for some event. No new news on prospective buyers of HDST. In talking to Tom Malik several weeks ago he said most of the people who have made inquiries are just bottom fishing. He said that HDST is spending a lot of money for lawyers for the chapter 11 situation and other pending matters. Money that could be better spent assisting HDST recover from the position they have been in for quite awhile.
