It appears that the SEC is looking at...

Charles Huttoe, his family or friends, what role Systems of Excellence had in it and the firms that traded the stock or promoted it.

There is no mention (so far) of Brian Jackson 4,045,687 shares, Henry (Hank) Lee 2,925,000, Ken Silverman 1,906,897 and Jerry Thornwaithe 1,429,555 shares, other LARGE shareholders?

Why only Hutteo, SOE, Relatives, Promoters and Traders?

When Yoder and Raumer left, did they find out about the corruption from the audit? Did they know beforehand? IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE SHARES THAN THERE MUST BE A PRODUCT AND WHAT THEY PERSONALLY SAID WOULD MOST LIKELY BE TRUE?

If Yoder and Raumer walked away when they realized the corruption, perhaps they are honest? Or did they run early?

There has been NO MENTION ABOUT THE PRODUCT!

With IDID the SEC said they questioned the product etc.. I don't recall the Miami Herald article telling the readers the product didn't exist or wasn't up to par?? They blasted all this crap but NO ONE has told us the product doesn't exist?

Hey Chuck, is SGA trying to use your name to blame some of their "problems" on? Mr. B.C.?

Aloha
