I have been following this stock for a couple of weeks and feel I am now redy to invest on it. However before doing it, can any one commemt on the following: a)Why they change name from E-BIZ to JAWS. Normally it is not a good sign when a company changes names! b)They are talking about completing $800,000. in new financing but at the same time promising $5,000,000 price in a "break the code" contest. What would happens to JAWS if they have to pay the price?
