I was just thinking of the bre.x guys tonight because of running into Cheeky Kid a couple of days ago on the warning thread. His new handle is Sire..
Anyway, many many years ago I purchased a stock called Kenn holdings for $1000, it was all the money I had in the world.. Two kids, and bills. One day they came and pulled the letters off of the board. I stood there aghast, what's happening? It's cease and desist kid, was the reply. Stunned I refused to believe that the market could be this cruel, so in hindsight I went into denial, and lost even more money making bets it would come back...
I feel for the guys who lost money in this scam, because of been there , done that...
The only thing I think it taught me was that this game can be very vicious, but I think that is important to know..
For example , I made a little shorting it in it's final death throes, for I had no problem believing it could be a scam... In many ways , they all are, even the ones your long...
