I know E'Pprime was in discussion with Motorola some time ago about the Iridium project. I suppose nothing happened because of Start. To bad because E'Prime would be far less expensive. By the way the Long March has a terrible rate of failures. We will get our chance!!! Keep the Faith!!! Soxan
