In defense of NSCP, they were competing just fine until MSFT decided to give their competing product away. I don't think anyone is worried about the OS itself, its buying marketshare in different market through the OS. Remember Word Perfect? Quattro? Now it's networking with NT. The legal definition is called preditory pricing, and it is illegal. The justice department is finally gettin off it's ass, because someone(SUNW,NSCP) is publicly chastising them into doing their jobs. They are a fat,lazy,look the other way, how's my retirement bene's, typical government agency. (Someday I'll tell you how I really feel.)
