ENBC Announces Management Change
GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 1998--Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: ENBX - news) today announced the resignation of Jeffrey L. Butler, president, from the company and the board of directors to pursue other interests.

ENBC CEO Bob Hartnett will assume the responsibilities of president.

''I have devoted a great deal of time and energy to reshaping the company putting it in a strong position to be successful,'' Butler said. ''Bob Hartnett recently assumed the duties of CEO. I am confident that he will do a fine job leading the organization and that there is no need for both of us to be here now.''
