Dennis, It's Very Possible That Disney...

Has been sniffing around a lot of Web tables these past few
days and weeks. Eisner made a point of saying in a recent address
that CONTENT would again rule on the Web... as it did in the Web's
earliest years. And Starwave helps provide, I gather, infrastructure
and technology to deliver more MULTIMEDIA CONTENT. (I've read only
one thing about Starwave, so I'm just hypothesizing.)

I think Starwave is one EASY ACQUISITION for Disney... (Just
as WAVO would be an easy takeout for MSFT... which already has
a position there.)

An appetizer, if you will. What else might they be hungering
for? Stay, a-hem, tooned...(sorry, I just had to).
