Going over the number in the SEC proxy list -- I come up with 47.385 million shares--subtracting the shares held by institutions exceeding 5.0% (which I believe requires a sec filing before selling--but not sure of the rules--so I have subtracted any reported holding in excess of 2.0 million shares)--that leaves 20.5 million shares that could potentially be sold without restrictions. In the last three days there were 5.5 million shares sold--or about 27% of the shares held by institutions and individual (less than 2.0 million)--I think that is pretty astounding--I do not have access to any data other that the shares sold and the price--if some one does and can put perspective to this turnover--it would be appreciated.
