PSN, The private company or the shell? The private company that I'm investing in and which is going public via a reverse merger is Hide and Seek Technologies. They have a very interesting technology that prevents software from being copied by using a unique chemical polymer approach. Many experts have come forward and said that it is just what the industry needs. I'm involved with a thread on the company at: Subject 19938 I highly recommend checking this one out, especially since you seem interested in getting involved in things on the front end. If you're interested, join me on that thread. The shell that I found was Applied Medical Devices (AMDI). I knew of the merger letter of intent the day before it was announced but didn't use the info to my advantage. It was just as well because the market markers immediately moved up the offer on the day on the announcement and it therefore got no action (still haven't quite figured that one out). Anyway, the letter of intent was terminated a few days later as the private company and shell didn't come to an agreement on terms. So I got lucky by being cautious on that one. However, it is now a shell to watch, one that we know is being represented by a broker. The only problem is that they sat on it for years, so who's to say they won't sit on it for many more years? It's a risky game. That why I'm more comfortable on the private side. I know exactly what I'm getting into there. Clo
