MRVC has formed a trianlge with a base at 26.5. Bases are made on time not price. I believe this new base has been completed at 26.5 and we should move up from here. Hopefully tommorrow. Next stop 29.5 to $30. I like MRVC now since I see very little downside risk. Thats the name of the game controlling your risks.
