Chuck, Brian, everyone....I mentioned before the possibility that the ICMX acquisition may be somehow "anulled" (for lack of the proper legalesque) I am only going on "gut feeling", certainly no facts of any kind in saying this. I would caution everyone here to not be jumping on any lawsuit bandwagons....especially ones initiated by ICMX shareholders. Think about it, if there is no ICMX acquisition, there is TRULY NO SYSTEMS OF EXCELLENCE....period!
