Binder welcome to the thread I hope that as you read back you will find some of the answers that will make you feel like you did not just jump headfirst into quicksand. Seems like you had some questions let me paste them here from your post and answer them the best I can: Is anyone concerned by the following, (none of which seem THAT drastic to me, but then again I am a newbie here): 1. The fact that a distributor seems to be giving more attention and publicity to a competitor than to ABMI? I think everyone is missing the point of my post which is that American BioMed has found some high quality distributors for their products. Certainly Arrow International is a competitor but Stepic Medical, CVC Medical and other distributors seem to believe they can sell high quality 100% silicone catheters. So please revisit the Stepic site where you will find only three products mentioned in their newsletter. Then visit CVC's site where you will find links to a full compliment of medical products from companies like Arrow and American BioMed among others: stepic.com cvcinc.com 2. The 144s that were recently filed...does anyone know the specifics? It just so happens I checked that out last night. The 144's that was filed on April 24th was not by an insider and it involved only 22,000 shares. The last one before that was in January and it was even smaller. How do I know? I have a subscription to the Insider Trader Site: insidertrader.com 3. The effect of what could appear to me momentum traders entering in today? Momentum? Today? I think we had some volume but there sure wasn't much momentum. As for traders? Same story not much money in the stock today for a day trader. Like I said, I still have some DD to do, but any help anyone could provide sure would be appreciated. Hope I helped with some of your concerns Binder.
