Gary,
I'm right now researching another bankrupcy play - fully reporting company. There's a big Fund into this one 25% of the common right now. approx 4M shares outstanding - not much. A plan was forwarded and an 8K mid-April announces that it got approved which cites 15% payment for unsecured creditors plus noteholders will be converted into common stock.

How to find out when the conversion will occur ? Has it already occured at the date the 8K was filed or will that be in the future. If the conversion is completed - the company should have a nice balance sheet and an entry would be warranted. Would You get in before or after the conversion in such a scheme ?

Company should emerge from Chapter 11 from what I found out with as an operating entity.

pls. tell me what You think here

regards
cROSSY
