If I offended you with my earlier post, that was not my intention. Although I try to communicate with the same degree of civility to everyone who communicates in kind, I also have my moments of indiscretion. When I offered that suggestion to you, my mood was somewhat black because of other chatter on the thread. I may have confused you with another poster, but I thought I recalled previous statements made by you (or someone else...OOOPPS), which expressed your disappointment in the conference call, said you had sold most of your shares, and basically told criticizers of tgs59 to pipe down and direct their criticizm toward AGTI. If I did confuse you with someone else, I offer this public apology.
And please don't misunderstand my position. If any supporter of a direct competitor begins to plant propaganda, no matter how mild it may seem, then he/she should expect to be torched. That's part of "the game" and it's true for most threads on SI: defense against naysayers and against the inevitable shorties. But the entire thread should never become so embroiled in the torching that it loses focus of the true subject at hand. That is what I was seeing and why I posted last night.
I have made it clear that I hold tremendous respect for tgs59. I also made it clear that I could only try to keep him balanced in his expressions of opinion and in his sharing of all relevant facts. I think he has made an effort to comply with that wish. Regrettably, it was probably ME who first began to challenge him about problems in the GMTC camp. I wanted full disclosure about BOTH competing companies, plain and simple. But after reading so many posts on the same subject, I feel it's time to either "can" the issue or move it to the GMTC thread.
Don't know if the above ramblings make any sense or not. No hard feelings?
