As I have said before sunw management appears to be more interested in screwing MSFT than improving the performance of the stock.

They are trying a Kamakazi attack on MSFT, but in doing this they
appear to have not remembered that although Kamakazi attacks were
occasionally successful in damaging their target, but were always
sucessful in limiting the future of the attacker.
