Faith may be defined briefly as an illogical belief in the occurrence of the improbable (H.L. Mencken). This quote only serves to confirm that I am still lacking SOLID confirmation of what many of us already suspect as of today: that some form of buy-out is in the works, the details of which must be worked out for the May 26 annual meeting. That's only three weeks away, folks!! This must be a really delicate situation ('cause the Co. ain't commenting AT ALL!!) so I am not going to speculate on the possibilities (such as price and stuff) but I will not shy away from recommending that aggressive investors be seriously overweighted in this stock. More to come in the next few days. I promise. IMAL
