I agree deadline is artificial, and overrated, even though I
believe company could do better job of communicating.
I am NOT selling, because potential is still there.

I most like fact ESVS has gone up about 3 1/2 times since deal with
NETZ became known in early March. I wish I had been buying ESVS stock
instead of NETZ, frankly, but still believe there is money to
be made for both stockholders.
