Shane, another indicator of the contrary kind:
Stephen Leeb, who issues the "Personal Finance" newsletter,
sent me a solicitation last week. As a teaser he included
a list of stocks to sell right now. SEG, QNTM and
WDC were on the list. Poor Dr. Leeb's record on tech stock
recs is such that most of the box and semi makers on one
of his 1996 "losers" lists soared shortly after publication.
