TJS: I hear about what you hear concerning additional capital. The discussions are still going on and some decision should be made soon. The Hartman/King litigation is complex. I expect the 10-K to give a rundown on it. So, let's wait to see what it says before making further comment. I hope the company and Proctor are still talking to each other.
